Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by LAP STORE, LLC (the "Company"), 471 E 1000 S Ste B, Pleasant Grove, UT 84062, United States, at www.lapsto.shop (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is a publication, not a storefront

The Site publishes a descriptive directory of the Company's organizational scope. It is not an e-commerce storefront, a catalog, a price list, an order desk, or a stock-check system. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, a product listing, a price quotation, or an availability commitment.

2. No transaction created by browsing

Viewing the Site, reading the aisle directory, or sending a general inquiry does not create a purchase order, a sale, a layaway, a dealer agreement, or any other commercial transaction. Any transaction occurs only in person or under separately executed written agreement.

3. No age-restricted or licensed sales online

The directory posts several regulated categories as scope classifications only — including tobacco and vape lines (A-11–19), marijuana retail (A-16), CBD (A-28), and fireworks (A-34). No age-restricted, controlled, or licensed product is offered, sold, shipped, or arranged through this website. Any actual sale of such goods occurs only in person, under applicable federal, state, and local licensing and age-verification law.

4. Classification boundaries

Department categories are mutually exclusive by definition and are not interchangeable:

• Collectors' tags (A-31, A-32) expressly exclude used rare items.
• Battery lines (A-22) exclude automotive batteries.
• Flower lines (A-36) cover artificial or dried goods only — not fresh floristry.
• Religious goods (A-42) exclude books.
• Fireworks (A-34) is posted for permanent-location shops only, not temporary stands.
• Mail-order collectors' lines (A-32) are a classification of the business scope — this website itself does not operate a mail-order desk.

5. Tag numbers are labels, not offers

Tag numbers (A-01 through A-45) are directory references that group equivalent industry classifications. They are not SKUs, price points, or commitments that any particular line is stocked, priced, or available.

6. Art and auction lines

Art tags (A-04–07) describe retail and auction classifications. The Site does not conduct auctions, accept consignments, or authenticate works; any such activity occurs only under separately executed agreements.

7. Manufactured-home lines

Home tags (A-08–10) describe dealer classifications including used manufactured homes. The Site does not list units, quote prices, or arrange financing or titling; any such transaction occurs only through licensed dealer channels.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) send unsolicited commercial messages through the contact channels; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or disrupt the Site or its hosting; (d) misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation; or (e) scrape or reproduce the Site's content for commercial republication without written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, graphics, and directory presentation are the property of the Company or its developer. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. No license is granted to copy, modify, or redistribute Site content.

10. Third-party services

The Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting and loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your use of those resources may be subject to Google's terms. The Company is not responsible for third-party availability, terms, or practices.

11. No warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DIRECTORY CONTENT IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATION AND MAY BE REVISED WITHOUT NOTICE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAP STORE, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). THIS LIMITATION APPLIES ONLY TO THE SITE AND DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY UNDER ANY SEPARATELY EXECUTED AGREEMENT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Fraudulent communications

The Company is not responsible for losses caused by third parties impersonating the Company — including fake invoices, order confirmations, or refund demands. The Company never requests payment or documents by unsolicited email; verify suspicious messages by telephone before acting.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Utah County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

16. Changes and contact
